The Human Resources Junior Executive is responsible for supporting daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee records management, payroll administration, attendance monitoring, and general HR administrative functions. The role also ensures compliance with company policies and employment regulations while providing support in employee-related matters.

Job Descriptions
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening and interview coordination.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR-related documents, including employment contracts, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other correspondence.
- Assist with payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave administration.
- Prepare and manage staff duty rosters and work schedules for outlet’s employees.
- Respond to employee enquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and employment matters (for outlets)
- Manage foreign worker documentation and coordinate welfare-related arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by Management.

Job - Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Familiarity with payroll and HR systems such as Info-Tech is preferred.
- 1–2 years of HR experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR practices is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Possess a valid driving licences.
