Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, catering companies, and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
• Present products, negotiate pricing, promotions, and commercial agreements.
• Develop sales strategies to increase market penetration and brand visibility.
• Work closely with management on marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
• Monitor industry trends and provide market intelligence to support business growth.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and payment collections.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and business networking events when required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, food service, or related industries.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business accounts.
• Strong network within retail, distributor, supermarket, food service, or F&B industries will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for business development activities.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
