Job Summary
Provide first-level technical and customer support to clients and partners across pre-sales and post-sales activities. Handle product inquiries, service requests, and order coordination through various communication channels to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver first-level technical and general support to customers and partners via telephone, email, chat, and digital platforms.
- Respond promptly to technical and product-related inquiries, providing troubleshooting assistance or escalating to higher-level support when necessary.
- Manage and monitor transactional order backlogs to ensure timely delivery in line with customers’ requested schedules.
- Liaise proactively with the Procurement, Delivery, and Logistics teams to coordinate product availability, shipment, and delivery arrangements.
- Coordinate escalations with internal departments including Procurement, Logistics, Technical Support, and Commercial teams to resolve complex product, delivery, or service issues.
- Support customers on product quality concerns, returns, or warranty claims, ensuring issues are tracked and resolved efficiently.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support system.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team during new product launches to gain a strong understanding of new technologies and applications.
- Continuously enhance technical knowledge of company products and solutions to provide accurate and professional customer assistance.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction improvement by delivering prompt, high-quality, and knowledgeable support.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree with engineering background
- 2 years above experiences in customer care and technical support
- Customer support experience within engineering companies or electrical manufacturing environments is highly welcomed.
- Knowledge in SAP highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
- Ability to multi task (logging queries while speaking with customers)
