Job Description:

Manage and monitor spare parts inventory levels.

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming parts and supplies.
• Issue spare parts to technicians/workshop as required.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of all inventory items.
• Maintain accurate stock records in the inventory system.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
• Coordinate with suppliers for ordering and replenishment of parts.
• Track pending orders and follow up on delivery status.
• Prepare inventory and stock movement reports.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the parts store area.
• Minimize stock discrepancies, damages, and losses.
• Support workshop operations by ensuring parts availability.
• Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
