JOB SUMMARY
To support the daily operations of Food & Beverage (F&B) outlets and services within the terminal by ensuring smooth operations, vendor coordination, food safety compliance, inventory control, and customer satisfaction while maintaining high standards of service and hygiene.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the daily operation and administration of Food & Beverage outlets and services within the terminal.
- Coordinate with vendors, tenants, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth F&B operations.
- Monitor food service activities to ensure compliance with company standards, hygiene requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of F&B outlets to ensure cleanliness, food safety, and operational compliance.
- Assist in inventory monitoring, stock control, and replenishment activities to ensure adequate supply levels.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure service quality standards are consistently maintained.
- Handle operational issues, customer feedback, and complaints related to F&B services and escalate matters when necessary.
- Assist in coordinating food deliveries, stock movement, and logistics activities with vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain records, reports, inspection checklists, and documentation related to F&B operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health requirements, and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards.
- Support promotional activities, special events, and operational campaigns involving F&B outlets.
- Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure F&B areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and pleasant condition.
- Assist in implementing operational improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma, Certificate, or SPM qualification in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Business Administration, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum one (1) year of working experience in F&B operations, vendor coordination, hospitality, retail, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of food service operations, vendor management, inventory control, and hygiene standards.
- Good communication and coordination skills with vendors, customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Basic understanding of food safety regulations and cleanliness requirements.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in terminal, airport, shopping mall, hospitality, food court, restaurant, or commercial operations will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements and food handling regulations will be an added advantage.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
