Key Responsibilities

1. Logistics Operations Management

• Coordinate daily import/export and haulage operations
• Arrange shipments, deliveries, and cargo scheduling
• Monitor shipment status and ensure timely updates to customers
• Handle documentation including shipping documents, invoices, and delivery orders
• Ensure compliance with company SOP and customs regulations

2. Customer & Supplier Coordination (Mandarin Required)

• Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers, agents, and partners
• Handle enquiries, complaints, and shipment updates in a professional manner
• Liaise with shipping lines, forwarders, transporters, and warehouse teams

3. Shipment Tracking & Problem Solving

• Monitor end-to-end shipment progress
• Resolve delays, damages, or operational issues promptly
• Provide alternative solutions for delivery disruptions

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and verify shipping and logistics documentation
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and transactions
• Assist in monthly reporting and performance tracking

5. Coordination & Support

• Work closely with sales, warehouse, and operations teams
• Support ad-hoc logistics or administrative tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in logistics, forwarding, or freight industry (preferred)
• Must be able to speak, read, and write Mandarin fluently
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and customs documentation
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Able to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
