Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage promotions, banners, and email campaigns (EDM) in the Grab app.
• Support the Marketing and Commercial teams in running campaigns.
• Ensure campaigns are set up correctly and launched on time.
• Coordinate with different teams to create a smooth user experience in the app.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Assist in improving campaign processes and operational efficiency.
• Handle campaign-related tasks using internal tools and systems.
• Support data entry, campaign setup, and basic troubleshooting when needed.

Job Requirements:

• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, or campaign management tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Leanplum, HTML, or HTML5 is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
