岗位职责
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective hotel clients to introduce and promote eZee software solutions
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide accurate product information
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions based on business requirements
- Follow up on leads to ensure conversion and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion strategies
- Provide feedback on market trends
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
