We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join its Digital team, specifically within the Web Applications and API Services function. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full software development lifecycle in a collaborative DevOps environment.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining scalable web applications and services that support the global digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with Product Owners, developers, testers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality technology solutions that enhance business operations and user experience.

Reporting to the Web Development Team Lead, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of enterprise web applications while supporting our team commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and digitalisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications and backend services.
• Develop clean, efficient, and scalable code following development best practices.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core.
• Design, implement, and support automated build and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to software quality improvements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure application reliability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Support production systems, incident management, service requests, and change requests.
• Contribute to DevOps initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and software development trends.

RequirementsEducation & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Full Stack Web Development.

Technical Skills/ Must have:

• Atleast 3 years experience with Microsoft .NET, C#, and ASP.NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, Sass, and Webpack.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and MongoDB.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kafka, OpenShift, and Grafana.
• Understanding of software design patterns such as MVC and CQRS.
• Experience with Git, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and modern software development practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Java and/or Angular.
• Exposure to Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
