Job Responsibilities:

• Perform Electrical - Mechanical - Visual middle Inspection before Impregnation & after Wiring for product based on specification requirements before Final Inspection.
• Maintain and monitor the quality performance by line (Production quality process monitoring).
• Electrical – Mechanical – Visual Check & Verify for winding Coil record based on specifications requirement.
• Control and monitor Serial number – Labeling of product based on specification (only necessary item).
• Wiring visual apparent check & record before passed to final inspection (OQC)
• Inspection product after packing based on requirement (Help Packing if necessary)
• Perform Plan & Schedule product based on Production Scheduling requirements.
• Monthly Productivity & Quality finding report.

Other relevant tasks as per assigned by the Management.

Comply with company standard and policies (QMS and EMS) including Safety and 5S standard.

Requirements:

• Certificate / SKM / Diploma in any Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Able to read electrical drawing and have motor / transformer fundamental knowledge
• Familiar with high voltage will be an added advantage
• Hands on experience
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently & as a team
