Job Description

The Finance Manager is responsible for managing financial operations within a telecommunications/network services environment, including reporting, budgeting, revenue assurance and regulatory compliance. This role supports network operations and infrastructure investment, ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance and alignment with business objectives.

Key Accountability

1) Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports, analyse revenue streams and monitor CAPEX/OPEX

2) Budgetting & Forecasting: Lead budgetting for network expansion and infrastructure projects.

3) Revenue Assurance & Billing: Ensure billing accuracy and minimise revenue leakage.

4) Cash Flow & Capital Management: Manage cash flow and funding for CAPEX projects.

5) Financial Controls & Risk Management: Implement controls and mitigate financial risks.

6) Business Partnering: Support operations and evaluate financial viability of initiatives.

7) Audit & Stakeholder Management: Manage audits and liaise with stakeholders.

8) Team Management: Support in developing finance team

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields

Certification: ACCA, CPA or CIMA preferred

Experience: 6-10 years in finance, preferably in telco, ISP, data centre of infrastructure.

Skills: Financial analysis, modelling, regulatory understanding and stakeholder management.

Office Location: Menara UOA Bangsar, KL

Salary: RM8K -RM12K depending on skills and experience
