Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Front Desk Duties

  • Greet and attend to visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Handle meeting room bookings and preparation

Administrative Duties

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Prepare letters, reports, memos, and other documents
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation (hardcopy & softcopy)
  • Assist in data entry and updating company records
  • Monitor and order office supplies
  • Support HR/admin tasks such as attendance tracking, onboarding documentation, and staff claims
  • Coordinate with internal departments when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask and work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
