• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in quality assurance or quality control within an OEM or manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written).
• Assist the Quality Manager in overseeing all quality assurance and control activities within the OEM manufacturing operations.
• Liaise and communicate effectively with Mainland China clients regarding product quality issues, customer requirements, and quality improvements.
• Ensure customer specifications and quality standards are consistently met.
• Review and monitor incoming, in-process, and outgoing product quality to ensure compliance.
• Lead or support internal and external quality audits and manage documentation.
