Wan Husin & Associates Hiring! Full Time Civil Engineer in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 4,500 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Shall possess a strong knowledge and background in civil engineering design whom able to:
• Must be able to design all facets of civil engineering including Earthwork, Water Reticulation, Water Reservoirs, Sewerage Reticulation, STP, NPS, Road and Drainage System.
• Must be able to design from schematic & conceptual design to construction and shall be able to communicate, meeting & client facing
• Overseeing engineering deliverables and multi-disciplinary works to meet project quality requirements
• To assist Project Manager to prepare technical proposals for potential projects (if necessary)
• Develop probable construction cost estimates for his / her projects within the department
• Coordinate work with other disciplines such as Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical and etc.
• Liaison with authorities such as Majlis, JPS, JKR, IWK, SAJ, SATU, SYABAS and etc.
• Handle project contract administration
• Capable and experienced in project management and performing projects in fast paced environment
• To provide sketches and design to incorporate in drawings by Designers / Draughtperson
• To delegate and monitor Designers/Draughtperson activities

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Strong engineering fundamentals and analytical skills in geotechnical and structural analysis and design work would be an advantage
• Must have 5 years & above experience in civil engineering consultant including on the preparation tender document, contract document and verify the contractor progress payment.
• Candidate must be able to work independently and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, CIVIL 3D, BIM, Infravera, Microsoft Project & Microsoft Office
• Have a good knowledge in form of construction contract i.e PWD, PAM and etc
• Applicants must be Malaysian citizens

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
