1. Financial & Accounting Support
- Assist in handling accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records
- Support monthly closing and basic accounting entries
- Reconcile bank statements and track company expenses
- Ensure timely payments to vendors and collections from clients
2. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure proper documentation for audits and financial reporting
- Maintain records in compliance with statutory and company requirements
- Assist in preparing reports for management review
- Support tax, audit, and regulatory submissions (if required)
3. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare administrative and financial reports on a regular basis
- Support management with data analysis and operational reporting
- Coordinate with HR, operations, and other departments when necessary
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates may be considered)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
