Role Overview

As a Technical Specialist (CAD), you will be part of the support, presales activities, and marketing sales support team, helping to analyze client requirements, prepare solution proposals, and deliver engaging product demonstrations. You’ll work closely with senior engineers and the sales team, learning how to bridge the gap between technical solutions and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and internal teams with CAD software troubleshooting, training, and solution guidance.
• Deliver product demonstrations, prepare technical proposals, and collaborate with sales teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Create technical content, participate in webinars/events, and share insights on industry trends to strengthen campaigns.
• Work closely with engineers, sales, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and solution success.
• Participate in training programs to build technical expertise and client-facing confidence.

Who We’re Looking For

• Fresh Graduate with a Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Strong interest in technology, solution selling, and customer interaction.
• Confident communication skills with willingness to conduct presentations or demos.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and a team player.
