About the Role
You will work closely with the Financial Controller in supporting the day-to-day finance and administrative operations across multiple entities within the group. This role plays a key part in ensuring financial records, compliance matters, payroll, payments, collections and reporting support are managed efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full set accounts for multiple entities
- Manage monthly closing, reconciliations and accounting schedules
- Process accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations
- Monitor collections and follow up on outstanding balances
- Process payments and maintain proper supporting documentation
- Process monthly payroll and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB)
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries and bankers on information requests and documentation
- Assist in preparing management reports, cashflow updates and supporting schedules
- Maintain proper filing, documentation and record keeping
- Coordinate and follow up on finance-related matters with internal and external stakeholders
- Support finance projects, process improvements and ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant working experience
- Experience handling full set accounts independently
- Experience managing multiple entities will be an added advantage
- Familiarity with payroll processing and statutory compliance requirements
- Experience with Bukku or similar accounting software is an advantage
- Strong organisational, coordination and follow-up skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
