Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Orangeleaf Consulting, a technology consulting and software development company, is looking for motivated Software Engineers to join its growing development team.

This role offers the opportunity to work on international projects, collaborate directly with clients, and receive training on the Mendix Low-Code Development Platform while building innovative enterprise solutions. Successful candidates will also have opportunities to travel overseas and progress into consulting and leadership roles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business IT Management, or a related field
• 1–5 years of software development experience
• Strong communication skills in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent)
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
• Interest in low-code development technologies and willingness to learn Mendix
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or related technologies
• Experience with React Native is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with clients and participating in client-facing projects
• Willingness to travel internationally when required

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative enterprise applications using the Mendix Low-Code Development Platform
• Participate in Agile and Scrum development activities
• Gather and document functional and technical requirements
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancements
• Understand client business processes and recommend improvements
• Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
• Build strong relationships with clients and support project delivery
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices
• Support implementation activities and travel internationally when required

Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
