• Planning and organization of logistics processes and planning of operational and work equipment.
• Develop and coordinate concepts for the redesign / optimize the assortment assignment or material flows.
• Definition of metrics for storage locations as guidelines for the implementation by the storage planning for the service.
• Coordinate, plan and control the filling of new storage areas in warehouse.
• Planning and organization of logistics processes and planning of operational and work equipment.
• Plan, coordinate supervise and arrange all operational inventory planning processes such as A-Storage and retrieval.
• Participation in the preparation of specifications for the development of system modifications in cooperation with the contracted service.
• Perform and remove tests at system changes / introductions.
• Initiate, monitor and execute changes to the production systems (customizing).
• Monitoring and optimization of the existing material flows, storage systems and computer systems.
• Identification of defects, as well as coordinate and develop improvements and solutions at technical and functional processes in the warehouse management, and in the context of specific tasks and in areas that are not part of the actual areas of responsibility.
• Development of databases for monitoring and control of material flows, storage system and optimization measures initiated.
• Create and analyze reports of the supervision and control logistics processes and monitoring improvement of activities.
• Initiating, conducting and controlling data adjustments in production systems.
• Project staff and initiating sub-projects in the inventory optimization.
• Carry out all types of warehouse planning work on the system in terms of receiving, storage and starting at changing stand / storage locations in the relevant field.
• Support in providing analysis report and KPI slides for client.
• Train and mentor new warehouse staff on best practice and safety procedure.
• Any adhoc duties that assigned by Managers.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,682.63 per month
