Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
1. Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of units and facilities.
2. Attend to maintenance and repair requests promptly.
3. Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and basic carpentry issues.
4. Ensure all units are guest-ready before check-in.
5. Coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams on maintenance matters.
6. Monitor and maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
7. Respond to emergency breakdowns and on-call duties when required.
8. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
Job Requirement:
1. Certificate, Diploma, or Vocational Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Maintenance, or related field.
2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in building maintenance, hotel, homestay, or property management.
3. Experience in electrical, plumbing, and air-conditioning maintenance is an added advantage.
4. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
5. Good communication and teamwork skills.
6. Possess a valid driving license.
7. Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and on-call duties when required.
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Work Location: On the road
