Position Summary
The HR & Corporate Development Intern will support Human Resources operations, Employer Branding initiatives, Talent Management activities, Compliance documentation, ESG projects, Corporate Governance documentation, and Corporate Development initiatives. The role aims to strengthen organizational readiness, improve documentation management, and support SSH Manufacturing's long-term growth and IPO preparation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Administration
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and personnel files.
- Support onboarding and offboarding administration.
- Assist in attendance, leave, and disciplinary records monitoring.
- Ensure proper filing and document control of HR records.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in posting vacancies on recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and maintains candidate databases.
- Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communication.
- Support university engagement and internship recruitment activities.
- Update recruitment reports and hiring status trackers.
3. Training & Development
- Update and maintain training records and training matrices.
- Assist in training administration and attendance tracking.
- Support HRDC-related documentation and claims preparation.
- Assist in Individual Development Plan (IDP) monitoring.
- Compile training effectiveness and participation reports.
4. Employer Branding & Corporate Communications
- Assist in capturing photos and content during company events.
- Support LinkedIn and website content preparation.
- Collect employee testimonials and success stories.
- Assist in CSR, ESG, wellness, and employee engagement activity documentation.
- Support internal communication initiatives.
5. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Assist in HR KPIs and monthly HR reports – if related.
- Assist in headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and recruitment analysis.
- Support data collection for management presentations.
6. Corporate Development & IPO Readiness Support
- Assist in organizing company policies, SOPs, and governance documents.
- Maintain centralized document repositories.
- Assist in ESG evidence compilation and reporting.
- Support corporate governance and organizational documentation projects.
- Assist in preparing records required for future IPO readiness initiatives.
7. Website & Corporate Profile Enhancement
- Gather information related to company milestones, certifications, and achievements.
- Support updates for company website content.
- Assist in documenting company culture, employee development programs, and ESG initiatives.
- Support career page enhancement and employer branding projects.
Pay: RM700.00 - RM800.00 per month
