Delivery & Dispatch Operations
- Prepare and process delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
- Coordinate daily dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Verify shipment details, quantities, and documentation before dispatch.
- Monitor delivery schedules and follow up on shipment status.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and warehouse personnel regarding delivery arrangements.
- Ensure all outbound shipments comply with company and customer requirements.
Documentation & Record Management
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and filing systems.
- Update delivery and shipment information in the system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports.
- Ensure proof of delivery (POD) documents are collected, verified, and filed accordingly.
- Investigate and report discrepancies related to deliveries and shipping documentation.
- Abillity to work shift hours.
Inventory & Warehouse Support
- Assist with inventory verification and stock reconciliation when required.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure orders are picked, packed, and loaded correctly.
- Support cycle counts and stock control activities.
- Report any stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor.
Customer & Operational Support
- Respond to delivery-related inquiries from internal departments and customers.
- Resolve delivery issues and coordinate corrective actions where necessary.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse and logistics operations.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
