Job Description

• To implement, maintain and ensure the project documents control processes and procedures in order.
• To develop and maintain Document Management System.
• To ensure projects drawings documentation and communication emails are correctly identified, distributed and filed/ stored.
• To communicate and liaise with Project Teams to the agreed standard, system, handover and etc.
• To be responsible for the filing of design calculation, project documents and structural tracing.
• To assist in planning and preparing documents for tender submissions in relation to company policies.
• To provide support to technical staff.
• Liaise with Project Managers and related parties to support accuracy in document requirements.
• To assist in any secretarial and administrative tasks.
• To assist as document controller for ISO documents.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Have at least Diploma or Degree in any related discipline.
• Having Degree in Office Management/Administration will be added advantage.
• Having at least 2 years of document controller experience in project, construction or engineering firm will be an added advantage.
• Hardworking, self-motivated person, independent, fast learner, systematic and able to do multi-tasking.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Candidate with short notice availability will be prioritized.
• Required language: English.
