We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts and Data Entry Assistant to support our accounting and administrative operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, data entry, monthly reporting, and handling documentations related to government departments. This role is on-site at our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform account filing and proper record management
- Key in, update, and maintain financial data accurately and on time
- Check and verify accounting records for accuracy and completeness
- Assist in the preparation of monthly accounting reports
- Handle documentation for government department submissions
- Update accounting systems, spreadsheets, and databases
- Provide general accounting and administrative support as required
Requirements
- No prior working experience required (training will be provided)
- Basic knowledge or interest in accounting or bookkeeping
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle confidential information responsibly
- Willing to work on-site
