Job Summary:

Upstream is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our Project. This role is focused on generating leads, engaging potential clients, and building a strong sales pipeline within the travel and tourism sector. The ideal candidate is energetic, persuasive, and passionate about driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads for the project
• Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, and social media
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential partners and clients
• Introduce and present product solutions to prospective customers
• Maintain accurate records and activities in CRM systems
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or business development preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and goal-oriented
• Interest or experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms
• Understanding of B2B sales processes
• Multilingual skills are a plus

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
