Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Coordinate transition activities with HR Centers of Excellence and stakeholders across multiple countries.
- Ensure compliance with both country-specific and company-wide policies in daily operations.
- Prepare, validate, and maintain documentation related to L&D processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement by streamlining redundant activities.
Leadership Management
- Lead and support a team responsible for data accuracy, processing, and compliance.
- Drive HR projects and initiatives with the goal of delivering world-class People Services.
- Act as the main point of contact between HR Centers of Excellence and People Services for complex cases.
- Serve as team manager/lead during the manager’s absence.
Operations Management
- Manage transactional L&D processes and escalate issues when required.
- Provide timely resolution of operational queries and support stakeholders effectively.
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports under guidance.
- Maintain and update user guides related to People Services L&D operations.
- Manage the learning request tracker and training calendar to support planning and resource allocation.
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS): upload courses, manage enrollments, track completions, and provide user support.
- Generate monthly and ad-hoc training reports and dashboards, highlighting usage, trends, training hours, and learning impact.
Requirements
- Over 6 years of experience in HR Services operations, preferably within L&D or HR Services startups.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
- Proficiency with HR systems such as Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, or SAP, and experience with HR ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts) and ability to work with data sets.
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification or above is an advantage.
Pay: RM5,600.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
