Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and responsible Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and assist in preparing financial reports to ensure timely and accurate accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
• Maintain accurate ledgers and journals, keeping proper supporting documentation.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accounts are balanced.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment follow-up.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Process payroll and maintain employee expense records (if applicable).

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar finance/accounting role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• SPM / O-Level or equivalent; accounting or finance certification is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
