Job Descriptions:-
- Generate and send invoices to customers promptly
- Ensure accuracy in billing and resolve discrepancies
- Reconcile day to day transaction, bank statements and credit card statements regularly to ensure accuracy in the ledger
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between payments and invoices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to date records of financial transaction
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Assist with external audits and tax by providing necessary documentation and information
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related Beld
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adopt to new tasks and challenges
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
