Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Admin to support our finance and accounting team. The Account Admin will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring smooth administrative operations related to company accounts. This role is crucial in keeping our financial and client account information up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and supporting documents.
• Reconcile account statements and help resolve discrepancies.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Assist with payroll and employee expense records (if applicable).
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients regarding account-related inquiries.
• Perform general administrative duties as required to support the finance department.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative roles preferred.
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SQL) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial and client information.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• SPM / O-Level or equivalent; accounting or finance certification is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
