Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process customer orders, including Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Orders (DO), and invoicing activities.
  • Follow up on after-sales matters such as product claims, returns, exchanges, and customer feedback.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and issue resolution.
  • Review and verify order details, product quantities, and documentation for accuracy before processing.
  • Track order progress, shipment schedules, and delivery status to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain organized records of transactions, operational documents, and customer communications.
  • Support stock monitoring activities, including inventory checks and reconciliation.
  • Provide prompt assistance to customers through phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
  • Assist in improving operational efficiency by supporting daily administrative and coordination tasks.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by management to support business operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Prior experience in administration, customer service, order processing, inventory control, or related fields will be an added advantage.
  • Willing to work 5.5 days per week.
