• Prepare and process delivery orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
• Update and maintain logistics and inventory records accurately in the system.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, transporters, and customers regarding deliveries and collections.
• Monitor shipment schedules and follow up on delivery status.
• Verify incoming and outgoing goods against supporting documents.
• Assist in stock control activities, inventory counts, and reconciliation.
• Handle data entry and filing of logistics-related documents.
• Generate operational reports and maintain proper records.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
