Key Responsibilities

• Support the Kitchen Supervisor in daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and service execution.
• Prepare ingredients and menu items according to established recipes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and food safety guidelines.
• Ensure workstations are clean, organized, and adequately stocked, especially during peak service periods.
• Monitor inventory levels, practice proper stock rotation (FIFO), and promptly report low-stock or expired items.
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety at all times.
• Conduct routine checks on kitchen equipment and report any maintenance or operational concerns immediately.
• Work closely with kitchen team members to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent kitchen operations.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing food supplies and kitchen inventory when required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance kitchen efficiency and food quality.

• No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
• Fresh graduates, former cabin crew, hospitality professionals, interns, and candidates with food service or customer service experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Internship, Contract, New-Grad

Pay: RM7.50 - RM8.00 per hour

• Cyberjaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
