Key Responsibilities
- Gain practical exposure to multiple areas of restaurant operations, including customer service, cashiering, beverage preparation, and kitchen support.
- Assist in welcoming guests and delivering an exceptional dining experience.
- Support daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Learn food and beverage preparation procedures in accordance with company SOPs, quality standards, and food safety requirements.
- Assist with order taking, cashiering duties, and POS system operations.
- Support barista duties and beverage preparation, including coffee and specialty drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across dining, service, and kitchen areas.
- Work closely with supervisors and team members during daily operations and peak service periods.
- Participate in operational training programs and gain exposure to hospitality best practices.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors as part of the overall learning and development experience.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, Culinary Arts, Business, or a related field.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Responsible, disciplined, and committed to maintaining operational and service excellence.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
