Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly, creating a positive and memorable first impression.
• Develop a thorough understanding of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary requirements.
• Present menus, answer guest inquiries, and provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Promote daily specials, seasonal offerings, and ongoing promotions effectively.
• Accurately take and process food and beverage orders using POS systems or manual ordering methods.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure prompt and accurate order fulfillment.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with established service and presentation standards.
• Deliver attentive and proactive customer service by anticipating guest needs and resolving concerns professionally.
• Conduct regular table visits to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Prepare and maintain dining areas before service, including setting up tables, linens, cutlery, and glassware.
• Present bills, process payments accurately, and handle cash and card transactions responsibly.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently while maintaining a tidy and organized dining environment.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all front-of-house areas.
• Assist with daily restaurant operations and perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Able to communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work well within a team.
• Able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Fresh graduates, former cabin crew, hospitality professionals, interns, and candidates with customer service experience are welcome to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Contract, New-Grad

Pay: RM7.50 - RM8.00 per hour
