Retail Assistant (Full-Time / Part-Time)
Location: Cyberjaya
Work Arrangement: Fully On-Site
Job Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Assist with merchandising, product displays, shelf replenishment, and maintaining attractive store presentation.
- Handle cashier duties, including cash and cashless transactions, daily cash balancing, and reconciliation.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and recommending suitable products.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock receiving, replenishment, ordering, and system updates.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Support promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and seasonal displays.
- Participate in stock-taking activities and help ensure inventory accuracy.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Requirements
- Passionate about retail and customer service.
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Responsible, reliable, and able to work well in a team.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Previous retail experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates, interns, and candidates with customer-facing experience are encouraged to apply.
- Must be able to commute to Cyberjaya
