JOB RESPONSIBILITY BASED ON DIVISION

2x PAYROLL DIVISION:

• Responsible for managing & administration of the company Payroll shared services and ensuring
• compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
• Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration
• Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate and truthful
• Ensuring time lines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance
• Ensuring Employee Benefits including Employee reimbursements as per rules and regulations of income tax, resigned employees, Annual EA form and Income tax filing.
• Liaise with HR on the employee movement (new hire, resignation, unpaid leave, staff repayment, overtime, bonus/AWS payout etc)overtime, bonus/AWS payout etc)
• Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payrol
• Ensure Monthly payroll provisions to Finance
• Prepare all necessary documentation in respect of Payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, income tax deductions,
• Liaise with HR on the employee movement (new hire, resignation, unpaid leave, staff repayment,

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 year experiences in Human Resource field.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.
• Experience in handling payrol over 500 staff job scope is a plus for Payroll Division.
• Experience in handling foreign worker job scope is a plus for Foreign Worker Division.
• Experience in handling recruitment job scope is a plus for Recruitment Division.
• HR Generalist are welcome to apply for any division.
