Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:
Provide a full range of HR services, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities and employment administration

Build and maintain strong working relationships with departments to identify manpower and business needs

Oversee payroll, fringe benefits administration, tax reporting and support C&B initiatives such as annual salary reviews and performance management exercises

Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness

Prepare HR analytics and reports for management review

Manage and enhance HRIS, including system design, regular assessment, and continuous improvement

Assist in formulating and implementing HR policies, guidelines, and procedures

Organize and coordinate training programs and company events

Perform ad hoc HR projects and duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
University degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources Management or a related discipline

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with broad exposure across multiple HR functions, including talent acquisition, total rewards, and employee relations at the group level

Well-versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant HR regulations

Proficient in HRIS platforms and advanced Excel (e.g., data analysis, reporting)

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
