Sous Chef
Little Cove Espresso is looking for full time chefs to join our team. Little cove espresso is a successful Australian style specialty coffee shop and restaurant with several branches in Hong Kong.
Our food is based on nutritious food with great Mediterranean/Middle Eastern flavours, all made in a creative and delicious way.
Responsibilities:
Food preparation and production in commercial kitchens
Stock management and ordering
Quality control of food prep and plating
Requirements:
Passion for cooking, food and coffee
Willing to learn about new food, Middle Eastern/Mediterranean flavours. Passionate about nutritious, well sourced food with bold flavours.

Working Particulars
5 day working week
8.5 hour working shift. No night time work.
