Role Overview

We are seeking a capable and motivated individual to join our trading operations team. The role involves assisting with day-to-day documentation, trade administration, and coordination between suppliers, customers, shipping lines, and internal departments. The position offers valuable exposure to international trade and logistics.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in logistic trading field
• Confident English speaker with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Comfortable working in a busy international trading office environment
• Some knowledge of deep-sea shipping, logistics, and trade documentation is an advantage but not essential
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Team-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask under time pressure
• Interest in international trade, shipping, and metals markets preferred
