What you'll be doing...…

• Assist in monitoring sales performance to create demand and production plans for product allocations in US retail chains.

• Establish reports for analyzing weekly sales, customer performance, and data to identify potential business opportunities and risks.

• Work with the in-house manufacturing and sales teams to establish an effective merchandising schedule to ensure high accuracy in order fulfillment and forecasting.

• Adjust product allocation and replenishment plans according to sales trends, seasonal demand, promotion schedules, and retailers’ display requirements.

• Assist in maximizing sales margin, inventory capacity, and production priorities.

What we're looking for....

• At least 3 years in manufacturing/supply chain/retail industry.

• Familiar in using Power BI/Power Query is highly preferred.

• Independent and sensitive to data.

• Great problem-solving and communication skills.

• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

• Occasionally travel to China is required.
