As part of an aggressive and growing company, you will support our Finance Department in performing daily accounting duties.
Your job responsibilities are:
Performing accounting function including AR, AP, Petty Cash, GL and bank reconciliation.
Assisting in daily administrative support including expenses reimbursement transactions, approval processing, accounting documentation, recording and filing.
Assisting in month-end closing and preparing month-end schedules.
Preparing monthly reports and analysis.
Coordinating with internal departments and external parties, such as auditors and tax representatives, as required.
Any other accounting related matters or ad-hoc assignments as required
Do you have the makings of an Artyzen? We would like to hear from you if you have the following attributes and interested in advancing your career in a dynamic work environment:
Diploma holder or above in Accounting, with LCCI intermediate or above qualification
At least 2 years' related work experience
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, preferably with relevant experience using Flex Accounts System and Oracle/Hyperion software
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good team player with positive attitude and strong motivation
Honest, responsible, hardworking, and attentive to details
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Immediate availability is an advantage
