Responsibilities:

• Assist to organize marketing and joint programs including webinars, seminars, digital, social media, advertising and direct marketing

• Coordinate with production houses and agencies to implement programs and handle administration and logistic workflow

• Prepare marketing content, collateral and premium and collect market intelligence

• Maintain database and perform ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• DSE/F.5 or above

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Working knowledge of design software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and AI tools is preferred

• Detail-minded, self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently

• Good organizational and communication skills
