As a LDO Capability Development Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our community engagement, content development, and operational excellence initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in learning and development operations within the public sector context.

  • Design engaging Electronic Direct Mailers (EDMs) to support various LDO initiatives including – but not limited to – agency engagement activities, CSC L&D capability development programmes, clinic sessions, and community building communications when required
  • Support the preparation of learning materials for LDO sessions, including session presentation decks and participant resource packs

Knowledge Management & Operational Support

  • Package outputs from stakeholder engagements into practical learning artefacts such as job aids and reference materials
  • Support the development of knowledge products that enhance L&D practice across the public service
  • Provide logistical support for Agency Engagement sessions, including pre-session preparation, during-session coordination, and post-session follow-up activities
  • Assist with administrative tasks that support the smooth operation of LDO programmes and initiatives
