A global leading skincare and make-up company, Clarins Group is the embodiment of a committed family history, with a fierce passion for innovation and spirit of independence. Its raison d’être is “making life more beautiful, passing on a more beautiful planet.”

Operating in more than 150 countries, we are accelerating our development across Asia and the Americas.

Because our talents are unique, we are committed to promoting diversity in all its forms.

Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story?

We are looking for a Regional Recruiter – APAC to be based in Singapore on a fixed-term contract.

The Role

As Regional Recruiter, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for office-based roles across APAC markets, partnering closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and regional stakeholders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.

This is a hands-on yet forward-looking role for a resourceful recruiter who is comfortable managing senior stakeholders, building talent pipelines ahead of demand, and contributing to regional talent acquisition projects. You will help strengthen hiring consistency, candidate experience, and recruitment effectiveness across the region.

What You’ll Do

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for office-based roles across assigned APAC markets, from intake and sourcing through interview management, offer coordination, and onboarding handover.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to clarify role requirements, define success profiles, and agree recruitment strategies and timelines.
  • Provide consultative guidance to stakeholders on talent availability, sourcing options, candidate assessment, and market intelligence.

Sourcing & Talent Pipelines

  • Build proactive pipelines for recurring, business-critical, and hard-to-fill roles through direct sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and market networking.
  • Identify and engage passive talent while maintaining long-term relationships with high-potential candidates.
  • Apply Clarins’ structured and skills-based hiring approach to assess candidate capability, motivation, and cultural alignment.

Stakeholder & Candidate Experience

  • Build trusted relationships with senior hiring managers and provide clear, regular updates on search progress, market conditions, and hiring risks.
  • Influence hiring decisions through data, talent insights, and practical recommendations.
  • Ensure a professional, timely, and engaging candidate experience across all stages of the recruitment journey.

Regional Talent Projects & Recruitment Excellence

  • Support regional talent acquisition projects such as process improvements, interviewer capability building, talent mapping, hiring analytics, and recruitment technology initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency, quality of hire, and stakeholder experience.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and hiring data within the ATS and support reporting on pipeline progress and recruitment metrics.

What You Have

  • Around 4–6 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally within retail, beauty, luxury, FMCG, or consumer-facing industries.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for corporate, commercial, or professional roles.
  • Strong direct sourcing capability, including experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while finding practical solutions.
  • Interest and capability in contributing to talent acquisition projects beyond day-to-day recruitment delivery.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and project management skills.
  • Fluent English; additional Asian language capability is an advantage.

We Have

  • Over 72 years of expertise in beauty and spa, with the Clarins and myBlend brands
  • Unique products and innovative services
  • A commitment to Social and Environmental Responsibility embedded in our raison d’être
  • A caring and inclusive corporate culture
  • Development and training opportunities
  • Attractive compensation and benefits
  • A flexible work environment, one day of remote working per week
