Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to leadership and executives
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and visitor management
  • Oversee office operations including facilities, supplies, and vendors
  • Assist in organising internal events and cross-team activities
  • Manage invoice processing and payment coordination with Concur system
  • Support fund-related transactions and assist with treasury requests
  • Handle bank reconciliations and oversee transaction documentation
  • Be involved in ad-hoc admin tasks and projects

The Successful Applicant

  • Has 3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles
  • Exposure to finance operations or invoice processing
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to multitask effectively
  • Professional stakeholder management and business acumen
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable supporting leadership in a corporate setting
  • Proficient in MS Office and Concur system
