Job Description
- Provide administrative support to leadership and executives
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and visitor management
- Oversee office operations including facilities, supplies, and vendors
- Assist in organising internal events and cross-team activities
- Manage invoice processing and payment coordination with Concur system
- Support fund-related transactions and assist with treasury requests
- Handle bank reconciliations and oversee transaction documentation
- Be involved in ad-hoc admin tasks and projects
The Successful Applicant
- Has 3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles
- Exposure to finance operations or invoice processing
- Strong organisational skills with ability to multitask effectively
- Professional stakeholder management and business acumen
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Comfortable supporting leadership in a corporate setting
- Proficient in MS Office and Concur system
