The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Quantios implementation projects, working as part of a global team to deliver SaaS software implementations, system upgrades, and data migrations for clients across multiple jurisdictions. Operating across a portfolio of concurrent engagements in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, the Project Manager ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to budget, while maintaining high standards of client communication, governance, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Lead client and stakeholder communications, including regular project status meetings.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Track and report project progress, milestones, budget performance, and resource utilisation.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee project testing, issue resolution, and quality assurance activities.
• Support revenue forecasting, invoicing, and budget management.
• Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks and delivery standards.
• Manage project closure activities, including handover and lessons learned documentation

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years project management experience, with a focus on SaaS software implementations, system upgrades, and data migrations in a vendor or similar delivery environment.
• Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand and clearly articulate technical concepts, integration requirements, and data migration processes; candidates must be able to engage meaningfully with technical delivery teams.
• Direct client-facing experience across the full implementation lifecycle, from project initiation and scoping through to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Experience operating within both Time & Material and Fixed Price contract structures.
• Proficiency with project management tools and platforms (e.g. MS Project, JIRA, *************, or similar).
• Exposure to or knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly Wealth Management, Trust, or Corporate Services (TCSP) and the regulatory environment in which clients operate.
• Familiarity with Quantios platforms (QCore, NavOne, vPoint, 5Series) or comparable trusts and corporate services management solutions.
• International project delivery experience, particularly across EMEA, APAC, or the Americas.
• Relevant project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, PMI-ACP).
