About The Role
As part of our Human Capital Management (HCM) Digital Transformation journey, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Executive, HRIS Analyst to support the delivery of HR technology initiatives and day-to-day HRIS operations.
Reporting to the HR Digitalization team, you will play a key role in maintaining HR systems, supporting digital transformation projects, ensuring data integrity, developing reports and dashboards, and driving process improvements through automation. You will collaborate closely with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and external solution providers to deliver reliable, efficient, and data-driven HR services.

Key Responsibilities
HRIS Operations & System Administration
- Administer day-to-day HRIS operations to ensure system availability, data integrity, and service continuity.
- Maintain and update employee records while ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Provide first-level support for HRIS enquiries and coordinate issue resolution with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Support user access administration, system configuration, and periodic system maintenance activities.
HR Digital Transformation & Project Support
- Coordinate ongoing HR Digital Transformation initiatives by monitoring project timelines, deliverables, risks, and action items.
- Support the implementation of HR technology initiatives, including employee digitalization, workflow automation, and system enhancement projects.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, user guides, and project trackers.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and solution providers throughout project implementation and change management activities.
System Enhancement & Process Automation
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system validation, defect tracking, and post-implementation activities.
- Develop and maintain workflow automations using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps where applicable.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and automate HR processes to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Produce scheduled and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for management and key stakeholders.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, migration, and reconciliation activities to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Support data-driven decision-making through meaningful analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and related tools.
Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Conduct periodic data quality reviews and support HRIS governance activities.
- Document system processes, workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides.
- Research emerging HR technologies and recommend process improvements to support the organization's digital transformation roadmap.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, information security standards, and applicable data privacy regulations.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Business Analytics, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to two (2) years of experience in HRIS, HR Technology, Digital Transformation, Business Systems, or Project Coordination will have an added advantage.
Technical Competencies
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, Lookup functions, data analysis, and reporting.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps) is an advantage.
- Exposure to Power BI or database concepts is preferred.
- Basic understanding of HRIS platforms such as Ramco, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and project implementation methodologies is desirable.
