We're Hiring: HR Ops Executive!

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Ops Executive to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and compliance, ensuring smooth HR processes while promoting a positive work environment.

HR Admin Job Scope

• Onboarding new employeesfrom the moment received signed employment contract from HRBP/Recruiter
• Off-boarding existing employees from the moment received instructions from HRBP
• HR Administrative & Reporting on HR related systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Insurance & Medical Benefit Admin, Employee Shares Portal Admin, Government Surveys, Benefits Admin etc)
• Helpdesk for Employees: HR Systems Ticketing raising and following through, preparing HR Letters for employees and answer HR Queries
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma in HR / Business Administration.
• Attention to details andtime managementskills.
• Right attitude to collaborate with different parties to complete task whileremaining confidential.
• Comfortable interacting with employees and people alike
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint,Excel (PIVOT Table, VLookup, Basic formulas)
• Minimum 3 years administrative support.
• Advantage if have experience with SAP or other HRIS system (otherwise open to learn)
• Advantage to have Retail support experience or similar fast paced environment
