Job Summary
The candidate is required to work 12hours shifts independently performing deployment of tugboats to our clients.

The candidate is required to work 12hours shifts independently performing deployment of tugboats to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management - Assigning tugs to specific vessels based on MPA guidelines and availability, ensuring efficient resource utilisation
- Maintaining communication with tug master, pilot, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth safe operation and coordination
- Continuously monitoring operation, adjusting plans as and when required, creation of work completion report
- Monitor service level and upkeep of customer satisfaction
- GCE “O” / NITEC / SPM Form 5 equivalent
- Planning and scheduling experience
- Knowledge of Singapore port information
- Applicants who have previous port agency knowledge and experience will have an advantage
- Willing to work on 12 hours shift and public holidays
- Candidate with no experience but right mindset are welcome, training will be provided
