We're Hiring: HR Operations Intern!

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. 

The HR Intern will play an active role in our continuous efforts to help ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires across all levels and work directly with the other HR teams to create and execute the recruitment & onboarding process. In addition, he/she will also support other ad-hoc HR operational duties relating to employee engagement events and the updating of the organization chart.

Location: Bukit Bintang
Role: HR Operations Intern (3-4 months)

What You'll Do:
Assist in scheduling interviews for functional support positions.
Post and advertise job openings across various job portals.
Coordinate with hiring managers, HR Operations, Business Operations, and the IT team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
Ensure all required onboarding documents and regulatory requirements (e.g., reference checks, CEI Course, work pass applications, network access, and laptop issuance) are completed.
Prepare and execute LOA signings, onboarding documentation, system setup, registrations, and welcome new hires on their first day.
Manage and track CEI courses, examinations, EAP registrations, and maintain recruitment and onboarding master trackers.
Prepare new hire announcements, process Gift of Occasion requests, and update the organizational chart on a monthly basis.

What We're Looking For:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
